Account Executive

Key Accountabilities:

  • Coordinate all PR activities for clients (media, creative, event management and CSR, etc…),
  • Assist in the development of PR plans and activities,
  • Brief, coordinate and follow up on clients jobs with relevant departments.,
  • Becoming familiar with the nature of clients’ products, business culture and competition and understanding the possibility of changes to these;  campaigns with relevant departments,
  • Assisting in the preparations of PR activities reviews and evaluations,
  • Responsible for Agency/ Client communication process on day-to-day basis, ,
  • Presenting media relations activities, creative work , event details…etc to clients for approval or modification,
  • Attending client meetings
  • The development of all account documentation (contact reports, status reports, briefs, media relations reports, action plans…etc), Meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks,
  • Responsible for reports and procedures related to budget control, Writing reports, keeping records and financial details, Monitoring the profitability of accounts, Undertaking administrative tasks.

Account Supervisor

  • Coordinate all PR activities for clients (media, creative, event management and CSR, etc…)
  • Assist in the development of PR plans

  • Becoming familiar with the nature of clients’ products, business culture and competition and understanding the possibility of changes to these; campaigns with relevant departments.
  • Assisting in the preparations of PR activities reviews and evaluations.

  • Attending client meetings
  • Responsible for the development of all account documentation (contact reports, status reports, briefs, media relations reports, action plans…etc),
  • Meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks.
  • Responsible for reports and procedures related to budget control, Writing reports, keeping records and financial details, Monitoring the profitability of accounts, Undertaking administrative tasks.
  • Effectively assign, delegate, coordinate and monitor the work of agency staff members assigned to client projects when required.
    Other duties as assigned of a similar nature or level

Media Relations Copywriter

  • Writing clear, persuasive, original copy;
  • Developing, amending, revising or redeveloping press materials, adverts, presentations, translated documents in response to feedback from the account team handlers, creative director or clients
  • familiarizing themselves with their clients’ products and services, the target audience and their competitors’ activities;
  • liaising with clients and interpreting their briefs
  • Assist in developing media relations plans
  • Assist in handling media events and activities
  • Managing and executing the entire editorial process standards and guidelines
  • Actively research the editorial stories through internal and external sources
  • keeping up to date with popular culture and trends;
  • Other duties as assigned of a similar nature or level.

 

Skills

  • Excellent  command of both Arabic and English language
  • Strong communications skills
  • Strong editorial writing skills
